August 2010 Hero of the Month

Congratulations to Lisa Kipp for being recognized as our Hero of the Month for August. Lisa is originally from Vienna, Ohio and she has been a Medical Biller for more than 20 years. HeartFirst has been fortunate to have her for the past year and a half.

The HeartFirst team had so many wonderful things to say about Lisa. “Lisa’s positive attitude, willingness to work as a team member, to tackle new projects and her patience justifies her nomination,” said one of her co-workers. Another said, “Lisa is noted to spend time teaching the intricacies of being an Account Resolution Specialist. She is never too busy to put her work down and help others.” Not only is Lisa “extremely successful” in her role, but she is someone on whom her peers can rely.

Lisa has 3 children; an adopted son age 34, a son age 16, a daughter age 14 and 2 grandbabies. In her spare time she loves photography and backpacking in Yellowstone.
