January 2011 Hero of the Month

Congratulations to Josie Sanchez for being selected as the HeartFirst hero of the month for January 2011.  Josie has been with HeartFirst for the past 2 years and has worked in the medical field for 10 years.  She has 5 children and has been living in the Dallas area for the past 4 years.

"An organizations health is dependent upon staff that consistently demonstrate core values founded upon a sense of loyalty, consistency and integrity.  That describes Josie Sanchez," says one co-worker.  "I do so admire her total dedication to what she does, and how she does it," said another team memeber.  "Josie is extremely precise in all her duties, checking every detail to insure accuracy."   "On countless occasions Josie has been asked to revise the schedule or shuffle patients to accommodate special needs.  This is always approached with a 'can do' attitude."
