June 2011 Hero of the Month

HeartFirst is proud to announce that Harsha Patel has been selected by her peers as the Hero of the Month for June 2011!  Harsha has been a key member of the HeartFirst staff for the past 10 years.  She currently has the role of Front Office Supervisor, but as anyone will tell you… she multi-tasks with the best of them.  Harsha has taken on many other duties including, referral coordinator, pre-certification, physician scheduler, billing and coding and much, much more.

“Harsha is a tireless worker with a wonderful disposition,” says one of her co-workers.  “She is very organized and has taken the front office to a new level of efficiency and stability.”  Another employee commented, “Harsha is amazing!  Always helpful and never gives the impression she is too busy to help.”  The positive comments about Harsha are endless as she “sets an excellent example for the front office staff.” 

Harsha is originally from India and has been in Texas for the past 20 years.  She is married and has three beautiful kids… 2 girls and a boy.  Harsha says her favorite things about working at HeartFirst are that she considers this as her “second family”.  She loves her job, loves the people and loves the family atmosphere.

Congratulations Harsha for receiving this honor!  HeartFirst would not be the same without you.  You are key family member and you make this place a wonderful place to work!!  Thank you for all that you do!
